Don’t worry maintenance will get that
I am not sure what has happened, but it seems like lately the apartment complex where I live has allowed some very disrespectful people to move in. My husband and I have lived here for 17 months. We never have had problems with loud music, car alarms, loud cars engines and garbage being strolled out everywhere. The Pool and exercise room is for the most is always kept neat. When there are problems our apartment managers are normally quick to respond and they listen to what their resident say to them.
I have called in maybe 3 work orders since living here and hubby 2 work words. 1 was for a bug problem, we live on the first floor, so sometimes we have the invasion of little buggy things. I don’t mind it easy enough to kill and deal with it, but buggy problems need help of management. They responded and got pest control out here a couple of times until it was dealt with. This is important they have kept me very happy.
The swimming pools are both keep clean and when there are concerns management closes the pool, sometimes they use just a little to much chlorine in the water, and the water is as cold as ice. My hubby and I enjoy swimming and using the exercise room. Lately we have had to leave because of some foul mouth young adults. I am sorry I just do not need to hear G-d’s name used in that manor or need to hear other words. I am starting to wonder if the young adult realize their swearing and cursing is not adding anything to what they are saying it actually takes a way from their point.
Over the last couple of months, I have been woke up or kept up because one of our resident’s who has a big ol’ truck wants to run it and play his bass 10 times louder then it needs to be. So it not just his engine that wakes me up it his music to. He parks in front of the only walking path onto the sidewalk after snow has freshly fallen which makes you have to go around his truck and then over a mound of snow. I think my neighbor over head must have a dog or something, because sometimes my glasses rattle from the cabinet this I can deal with. I don’t like dealing with Mr. Truck driver loud engine people are trying to sleep!
Today my husband and I decided to walk over to Lunds, it was warm enough to even through it a little cold. I prefer walking to Lunds unless we need a lot of stuff from there then I will drive over. We lift the back door of our building, and got onto the sidewalk and there was Beer bottles, pop cans, and fruit and a bunch of other garbage on the sidewalk pretty much spread out. I am sorry but I do not think it is nice to make our Grounds keeper clean up after a bunch of pigs because they are to lazy to clean up after theirselves. If you make a mess do not leave it up to apartment maintenance to clean up.
Often times we develop this idea of we live in a apartment building, and the caretaker takes care of vacuuming the hallways, and they shovel our snow, so if we make a mess they will clean it up. People your Mother probably don’t live with you, and I know the Maintenance or caretaker aint your mother and I am sure they don’t wanna be neither. If you make a mess clean it up, do not leave it in the middle of a sidewalk so that other residents have to work around it or find a new path.
