There’s a better way

This morning I was watching Chef Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmare, my husband and I enjoy. I don’t think I would enjoy it as much if they were not peeping his potty mouth out. Ramsey was dealing with a restaurant manager who didn’t have a backbone. So Ramsey took him out to a field or something like that with no one around. I almost felt bad for the manager, I am a strong believer that you can say something with out swearing that will get your point across. The guy needed to gain a bunch more confidence and to be honest he needed a education in how to manage a restaurant properly. The cook had no business being a cook because he made everything from all-ready prepared foods. Yuck, talk about a bunch of preservatives and MSG.
Ramsey got the cook, cooking real food very important in a restaurant. If people wanted to eat out of prepackaged stuff they would just do it at home, no need to go out to eat. I know most restaurants get precut meats and maybe veggies. I know when I worked at a pizza plate we got pre-made pizza dough but as far as our veggies went we had to cut them up.
One thing I do not care about Rasmey is he tries to get those who he helping to curse and have a potty mouth. You can make a person feel stupid, with out cursing at them. You can get a point a cross that sounds like a slam with out swearing at them. I know I do it, there are times my husband and I will argue, and I will tell him off. You know I normally get his goat easier if I don’t curse at him.
At my current assignment one day I had someone decide to yell at me. He choice to curse at me, he is lucky I didn’t feel the need that morning to put him in his place.. I could have very easily made this person feel stupid and about the size of a ant if I really wanted to, but I really try not to do it. A couple days ago, a group of us at work where talking about how many kids our parents had. My mom had a total of 5 kid, one of them didn’t make it through birthing. I still count that as one of her children… One of the men had said oh but to me it sound like whore. I turned around to him very quickly. What did you say about my mom! I was about ready to tear him a new one and believe me I wouldn’t have needed to curse at him to do it. He was actually scared of me, my eyes and face say a lot especially when I am about to get temperamental. He said I said Oh meaning that a lot of kids, the guys has a accent, so I probably miss heard him and plus everyone was making some kind of noise.
There is a way to get a point of across and make a person feel like a bug, it has a lot to do with tone of voice, and how the sentence is structured. I won’t explain how to do this because I don’t think we aught to be tearing down one and other to begin with, even though sometimes it easier to do then build them up. Now I will say most of the time when Ramsey is doing what he does, he has a good reason and it because those people are stubborn and don’t want to listen.
