What a waste of time
I got called for a interview, and it sounded like they might actually have something good. I guess the joke is on me!!!
I got there to the interview it last maybe 5 or 10 minutes, while in the interview I find out this company doesn’t really deal with Office type work. Sometimes they get clients who need office help but normally they do not, mostly it manufacturing or machine work. So why bother calling someone who resume is clearly more of a general office type of work.
My interviewer told me she would call me if they got any position opened in my area of skill.. So what am I supposed to wait until they have a opening I think not.
I told her some of my strengths and what jobs i like the best and why. There is only one job on there that was office related that I favored and wouldn’t mind doing again. I did a variety of work, it wasn’t just the same old mundane stuff.
