Stuffing mail again
I am basically taking hours where my company can give them to me, so now I am stuffing mail again. Today was my last day, I worked their yesterday and today. Yesterday was hard, I didn’t have any music or anyone to talk to. I am better when I get to work with people and do different things. Doing the same mundane tasks is hard on me. I got in this morning at 10 minutes till 9.
When I got in one of the young ladies was talking about me, with a radio in her hand. What a life saver, she thought of me and wanted to make my job a little more pleasant. I do have to say, not many companies have been like this. Most of the time you bring in your own radio and have headphones or better yet don’t even listen to music, because we might want to talk to you. I stuffed about 1200 different things. My nick hurts form all that stuffing. My hands are sore from being dried out, and using lotion that my skin decided should burn it instead of add moister in it. I washed it off before it got to bad, I figure burning and hand starting to turn red was a sign that my skin does not like it.
At about 1230 I went for my lunch time, yucky roman noodles. I think a sandwich would have been nice. I completed the rest of my stuff to stuff and the young lady brought me about 300 more to stuff. Not a big deal i was hoping it would last me 3 hrs but it only lasted me about 2 hours if that. Tomorrow I will be calling my company, and I think I might tell them I don’t think these type of assignments are good for me.
