To day we had 13 boxes to take to the post office, one large box, and several medium box, and several smaller boxes. I managed to fit them all in my Kia Rio Cinco. I can’t believe it actually all fitted into it. I found out I can move the backseats down and only do one side or the other if I choose this will make our move a lot easier. Because Now I can put stuff on one side of the car, and put the tv and other stuff on the other side of the car. Pus I will be able to have the cat crate and dog still in the back with plenty of room. So much better then placing everything on the backseat next to dad because moving down one side will add more room or make it easier.
The post lady I told her would you believe I got this all in my kia, little car. She told me I would have through you had a truck. So I really have a lot of packing ability in that car. At least our new home will not require me to have a hd tv antennas because we can get Comcast for cheaper. Man I hope this experience goes better, them when I had them in St. Paul. At least this time they can’t try to kill my animals, eat my food, or break stuff, or steal stuff. Even though it was a contracted it still has lift a bad taste in my mouth with comcast as a company. I am hoping this will be a better experience because it lowers out internet, and TV by over 50 bucks. We will see. It seems like the guy in Portland from Comcast is very open to helping and working with us. I am hoping it a good experience.
Now lets see how much I can fit into my car on Sunday! I bet I might be able to fit in a lot more then I think possible.

Boy I hope this move does not require a auto refinance for me because of anything going wrong. Lets see I have no loan on my car and hopefully nothing will go bad enough to require me to take a loan out to fix it. My car is running great, and if it wasn’t paid off I would maybe look at my options with a large move across country. I have a small car, and I like it. Now grant it it will not hold everything we want it to but it will hold everything we need it to. Cars are great little things and hey it’s cheaper to travel with the car then fly out, or rent a uhaul. We will need to replace a lot of stuff but I am okay with that. I am used to starting over I have done it a few times, so I know everything we own can be replaced.

Either I got a big red and white bulls eye on my car or people are simply jerks. Lately I have had big trucks try to turn into my car, or push me off the road. I am going the speed or a little over, so it not like I am driving like a granny. Today some guy decided he had to take a right turn to fast and almost run into the side of my car, and then he did the lets try the intimidate the girl in the little car. When I slowed down it seemed like he didn’t want to come over but boy he acted like he did before I slowed down.
This morning on my way to work some lady was driving her truck putting skin care products on and trying to fix her hair. What I do not get is why would someone want to put skin products on like makeup while driving. Seriously, at least it wasn’t eye liner, I could just see an idiot stabbing out their eyes.

Lately it seems like people with big trucks think my car is a squish toy or something. Maybe I need to put a farm stool on both sides of my car. Tonight some truck driver decided he needed to be in my line too at the same time. I was able to get close to the curb thankfully I did not hit the curb.
Then someone decided to stop at the train tracts when the lights where not on. Barely had enough time to stop if I didn’t follow behind people with enough distance I am sure I would have hit her. It seems bad drivers drive me batty but at least I stay calm.

I am not sure if I should cry right now or be really pissed off. Maybe both options work good. Tonight my hubby and I went down to my car, and it was ransacked. My first comment was what the hell happened, my husband comment was it looks like your care exploded. I park my car in the garage and normally I haven’t had trouble but the time I make sure I lock my doors, someone robs me. Man I could cuss right now, I guess I am angry. At least they did not get the radio all the way out, that would have been sucky. They got my stupid Ipod adapter, I guess I do not get to play my music in the car when I want till I can replace it. The problem is I can’t simply replace it. My husband with out a job and all my earned money needs to support my family.
The damage to the car isn’t to bad, they spilled something in the front seat but that’s okay because I had already spilled something there.
I have to say I don’t feel as bad as I would, because while I was talking to the police another resident came up. He told us, I am glad your here with the police because I been broken into too, and asked to speak to the police man next. While we was talking the policemen evidently got another call about a car break in. Okay 2 cars in the same garage, are you kidding me, maybe even three cars. I feel bad for my neighbor because he lost stuff with more value, I only lost about 60 to 100 bucks worth of value, unless they use the check book that was in the car or the account number then potentially I could have serious issues. I am also worried about them stealing my insurance card that was in the car, hopefully they do not try to commit insurance fraud, which could be a real pain. I guess I have to worry about identity thief I am glad I did not leave my wallet down there like I tend to do.
A week ago, I went downstairs and my light was on in the car, I was surprised it was on for 18 hours because it should have drained my battery, maybe my car got marked a that day and I was to freaking stupid to know, my car was broke into. I am very trusting but the longer I live in Minnesota the more my trust gets broken, I know this is simply life stuff. I miss living in places where I could trust everyone and everyone knew eachother.
Tonight my husband said moving to Happy Valley Oregon, sounds like a good idea. I have to agree with him. I am so sick of winters and our apartment management. If we moved to Oregon this would
makemymothersring.com like never before. I know people can break into my car there too, but Minnesota have a lot of unpleasant things about it.
What really pissed me off is tonight one of our neighbors pulled into her slot and said nothing no concern, no nothing. She just hung her head and went. People in this building do not care about each other, and hey if it not me then who cares.
So a reminder to everyone keep your car locked up tight and if you can get a car alarm. Maybe I can rig my car with electric to send a nice shock but something tells me this could be illegal.

I have to say to the biker this morning he is lucky, 1 that i do not feel i am the center of the universe, 2 that I am a law following citizen, 3 that I did not open my car door on him, because I don’t let my road rage get the better. This morning my family and I was on our way to church. On the street we take, a police officer was on the on coming traffic side of the road, he had his lights and sirens on, I pulled over to the right side of the road. I am staying out of his way. This biker on coming traffic line decides he does not have to stop or anything but come into the line I was in. He was going pretty fast and looking down, coming right at me so I honked on my car horn at him several times, trying to get him to look up and see me. I didn’t want him hitting my car, even if I was at a complete stop. I don’t want to see him hurt for being stupid. So he finally response and thinks I am gonna go while the I still got lights and sirens and him clearly in my way. I am not gonna move on until he safely out of my way, because I don’t want nothing to happen to him the roads where a little bit icy. So instead of being a reasonable respectable person, he decides it good to pound on my car and then smack my driver side mirror inwards. At that point I have to admit i was like your lucky I do not open my door.
First off, bikers have the same laws as motorist but yet they don’t have to follow and no consequences.
So bikers if you want me to see you, you better start seeing me too. If I am at a dead stop and you hit me its your fault not mine. So if you being rock solid stupid, I might laugh at you.

I don’t know why but I think people today on the road are flat our stupid. Three times on my way to work I had to avoid an accident, once on my way home form work but that was almost my fault. More the city crew because they had no warning signs that they was closing the right lane to the road. Than I went out with my friend to the mall and people people almost hit us. The first one decided he had to try to make it through a intersection on a busy street and sit in the middle of the intersection blocking traffic on both sides of a 4 way street. The next guy almost got us in the parking ramp and would have hit my side had she not notice him.
I don’t know some small things are bugging me lately like someone taking up 4 parking places because they decided not to park in the right place. I mean I dont need to be a accounts executive jobs person to understand that parking in multiple lanes isn’t nice. However I do need to speak to someone who understand accounting soon. At least its warm out and the roads are not slippery today.

Yesterday I was very worried about my neighbor lady upstairs. I told her when you get to work please call me, so I won’t worry abotu you. She a sweet lady and I knew everything was being closed because of the news. Well she made it safely driving 15 miles an hour to work which at that point might want to get a horse and buggy because that about how fast those go. I would love to once go on a horse and buggy ride with my husband could be interesting. Shoot if we could live 100 year in the past with less internet and tv to distract us might even be better but then again he get sick of me fast. She was telling me her work eventhough they are none existential employees required her to go to work any ways, I told her if you leave and can not get there safely you need to call them and tell them No way no how. It would do her or her company no good if she in a accident and has to miss more then just a day because of snow. I am surprised I have cheap auto insurance quotes because of the weather you’d think winter time driving would increase the premium, but then again I have not had a accident in 10 years and 4 months and that accident was not my fault.

Okay ladies, seriously why do we need to drive and put on makeup. I am a woman, grant it, I hardly ever wear make up. Now when I wear makeup the last place I would want to do it is in the car. Now sometimes I admit I play with my hair but when the light changes color I am ready to go. Tonight we took dad out for dinner. At least today no one did anything dumb on the roads. One of the few times I did not see someone watching Tv while driving. Our favorite restaurant is in a shopping center, so when driving there I have to watch out for people who don’t bother looking before they cross. It’s amazing how people do not even bother watching both side of the road when they cross it.
We needed to stop at Boarders to pick my husband up a reading light. His light broke last night, and he found another one he likes. I am glad, he found one he likes and it has more features. I didn’t see anything I wanted or needed, but I did see baby thank you cards that were cute.
Then we went back and got dad from the restaurant and came home. The roads are now dry from our last snow, maybe snow on the road will keep people from diving and doing makeup or watching tv. Winter driving is not fun, but at least I know how to do it.

Recently on the news there been a lot of commotion about what the airports are doing with the full body scan. People are upset because they feel there rights are being over stepped or taken away. I have to agree with our airports. Have we not learned anything yet from 9/11 or have we as a nation simply forgot the aftermath of that happening. Have we forgotten recently a few packages where sent to Chicago to Jewish Congregations, had they made it we would have had another horrible experience. I have friends who are Jewish in Illinois, and I do not want any harm coming to them, or any congregation. We have had people after 9/11 bring explosives and other things on planes. So what I do not get is why is every so upset that they have to be inconvinced for a few minutes to make sure everyone is safe. By requiring everyone to do the same thing this keeps Muslim or other minorities form feeling like they are singled out. I feel sorry, for the innocent or none radical Muslims who are profiled because of what religion they are, just because a few bad people in the group have harmed so many. This is a easier way to find if anyone got weapons or other dangerous items that should not be brought on board.
Airport Security job is to keep the nation safe while they are traveling in the air. Their job is not easy, because people get mad them for simply doing their job. I agree with scanning people and I am sorry but if you don’t want to than I suggest not flying no where. I guess I would rather us error on the side of caution because we can’t trim fat on our safety like we can with weight loss diets. Plus I would rather be scanned then have some stranger tough me. So keep me safe, I don’t care if it might invade in my private life for a bit, however, I will say that if they release my information for the entire world to see, I might not be happy about that and would feel it was a invasion of my privacy.
